Patch and Repair complete, Cabinets Installed, Ready for floor re-finish
Sitka Projects, LLC is the General Contractor on this Kitchen Remodel project. We have been working closely with the owner to assure the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing details are met accurately and efficiently. Unfortunately Sitka will not be installing Sitka Custom Cabinetry on this project, but will be over seeing the project as a whole like normal.
Many of the homes constructed in the late 90′s come equipped with bulk head soffits at the perimeter of the ceiling in the kitchen area. These are now looking dated and take up space. Sitka generally removes these soffits during the kitchen remodeling process. This allows for a full height upper cabinet and a more elegant crown moulding to ceiling transfer.
Please note that during the removal of the soffit our team always encounters some electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or all 3 that is located in the void area of the soffit. On this particular project there was a significant amount of electrical and just some minor plumbing. We relocated these items directly after the demolition.
